New Construction, Architecture, Interiors

The transformation of a historic working farm in New York into a multi-purpose estate was a long and intricate process that involved both design and construction. The site, which is surrounded by farm fields and the Peconic Bay, inspired the exterior design to blend seamlessly into the landscape while paying homage to the site's rich historic tradition. We collaborated extensively on the site design to create unique landscape moments and gathering spaces using various plantings.

The use of select moldings and a generous amount of millwork gives the walls more depth and warmth. The kitchen and bathrooms feature veined marble and natural wood to create movement and add visual interest.

A limited palette of interior materials was carefully selected to elevate the beach aesthetic.
