RENOVATION, ARCHITECTURE, INTERIORSOur team was tasked with reconfiguring the space of a historic building near the Brooklyn Promenade to meet the needs of a growing family. By reorienting the kitchen, we were able to optimize both view corridors and natural light throughout the apartment. The addition of a dining area and island seating helped to maximize the potential for entertaining in a relatively small space.

The interior finishes were carefully selected to create a look that reflects the building's location and history. To achieve this goal, we opted for a darker cabinet finish that provides a grounding effect in the open-plan layout.
The reconfiguration of the space has created a beautiful and functional living environment that perfectly meets the needs of the growing family.
