Chelsea Loft
RENOVATION, ARCHITECTURE, INTERIORSThis Chelsea loft renovation was designed as a living space for an artist and art collector. The original concept was to utilize the extraordinary natural light and high ceilings to create a showcase of works from around the world. The space was completely gut renovated and reorganized by moving the kitchen and creating another bedroom and office space. All new mechanicals and lighting were optimized with the art in mind.

The Cesar kitchen was custom designed to maximize the open spaces while creating a minimal cooking space which suits the open plan design.
Glass mosaic tiles were used to create depth and interest in bathrooms.
For interior design, the mostly natural materials were selected based on creating dramatic contrast between the lighter and darker elements.
